Moscow Festival Ballet to hit Franklin stage
The Moscow Festival Ballet will perform “Sleeping Beauty” at 7:30 p.m. Friday, May 9, at the Smoky Mountain Center for the Performing Arts in Franklin.
The ballet was founded in 1989 when Sergei Radchenko, legendary principal dancer of the Bolshoi Ballet, sought to realize his vision of a company which would bring together the highest classical elements of the great Bolshoi and Kirov Ballet companies in an independent new company within the framework of Russian classic ballet.
Tickets are $18, $22 and $25.
