I met Amber Kleid at a yoga retreat at Lake Junaluska a few years ago hosted by Waynesville Yoga Center. As she shared her knowledge with us, I instantly knew there was so much to learn from this incredible woman. I related to her on many levels - overcoming trauma, codependency, food addiction, burnout, chronic pain, etc.
