Highlands welcomes The Secret Sisters

Grammy-nominated Americana act The Secret Sisters will perform as part of “Salon Series” at 8:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 19, in The Ruffed Grouse Tavern at the Highlander Mountain House in Highlands. 

‘An Appalachian Evening’

The “An Appalachian Evening” series will continue with a performance by Balsam Range at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 31, in Lynn L. Shields Auditorium at the Stecoah Valley Center in Robbinsville. 

Running wild again: Jesse Iaquinto of Fireside Collective

Celebrating a decade together with a special anniversary gig this week at the Salvage Station in Asheville, Fireside Collective has become a rapidly rising force in the Americana, bluegrass and jam realms in Southern Appalachia and beyond.
